- Appointments to be cancelled or moved must be at least 48hrs prior to appointment not to forfeit your deposit paid
- A 50% deposit on bookings is essential and serves as confirmation
- Upon 48hr cancellation 20% of Deposit is non-refundable, 24hr and less 50% of deposit is non-refundable
- Lunches or Breakfast are included in most packages – should you prefer to customize packages from our price lists meals can be added at an additional cost of R100pp
- Please be aware that late arrival will result in shorter treatment times not to discomfort other clients
- Kindly pack your swimsuit – Femme Fusion SPA supplies towels, slippers and Gowns
